Abike Dabiri Celebrates Forty-Six Nigerians Who Graduated From Howard University

Forty-six Nigerian Medical Students have recorded an outstanding feat of success in Howard University, USA out of which sixteen of the twenty-seven awards of excellence given at the graduation ceremony was claimed by Nigerian students.

An over elated Honourable Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Executive Officer of the Nigerian Diaspora Commission, shared the amazing news via her social media page. She cheered them for making Nigeria proud.

Honourabel Dabiri-Erewa said there is no doubt that Nigeria is truly blessed with crops of young, vibrant and talented minds that continue to exhibit excellence in any part of the world where they find themselves.

“Such is the case of 46 Nigerian students, who recently made the bulk of the 96 Medical Students that graduated from the prestigious Howard University in the United States of America,” she stated.

She added by saying that out of the 26 awards of excellence that were given out at the graduation ceremony of the university, 16 were claimed by hardworking and well-deserving Nigerian students.


It was revealed that the feat achieved by the students remains one that has never been recorded in Howard or any other university in the United States.
