EKSU Commences Investigation of Lecturer Over Sex-For-Marks Scandal

The Management of Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti says it has commenced investigation of a Senior Lecturer of the institution, Dr. O.O. involved in sex-for-marks scandal with one of his female students.


According to reports, Head, Directorate of Information and Corporate Affairs of EKSU, Mr. Bode Olofinmuagun, in a statement said the university had also queried the lecturer in question.


“The attention of the management of Ekiti State University has been drawn to a video that has gone viral on an alleged sex scandal involving one of our lecturers.


“The video allegedly fingered one Dr. O.O. Aduwo of the Department of Accounting as the culprit and query has been isssued to the accused lecturer, to state his own side of the story to be followed by a panel which would dig deep into the maatter,” he stated.

According to Olofinmuagun, the university would not condone any act of sexual harassment.


Report revealed that the lecturer was allegedly caught pants down a couple of days ago, trying to have canal knowledge of one of his female students as condition to pass her examinations.
