Foundation Awards First Class Graduate of Petroleum Engineering With N1m Grant


As part of the Zidora Aid Foundation mission of enriching lifes and empowering sound minds, ZAF on the 3rd of September, 2019 awarded Ukwueze Onyedika Israel, a first class graduate of petroleum engineering with a grant of N1 million to help actualising his edutech innovation.

According to findings made available to schoolworld, having been selected alongside with two other nominees, he came out first with his idea of an online skill acquisition platform.

Onyedika, being an intelligent young man with potentials, won series of scholarships as an undergraduate at the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO).

The outstanding graduate who is a goal oriented and passionate tech enthusiast, seek to enpower Africa by developing a skill acquisition platform for Africans.

The online skill programme according to him is an innovation designed to equip African youths with the necessary entrepreneurial skill as a bid to reduce unemployment and also increase the productivity level of African youths.

Also, Zidora Aid Foundation strongly believes tha the edutech of Israel to solve one of Africa’s biggest problems which is unemployment will turn out to be a success story that will change lives across the whole of Africa.
