The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is set to hold a policy meeting with universities and other tertiary institutions across the country on Tuesday, 11th of June to decide the cut-off marks for admission for the 2019/2020 academic session.

The examination board revealed this in its weekly bulletin on Sunday.

According to JAMB, the policy meeting would hold in Gbongan, Osun state and would be chaired by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education.

The official cut-off marks would be announced to the general public at the end of the meeting.

“A nationally accepted cut-off mark has not been decided. The heads of institutions and other stakeholders will do so at a policy meeting. The board has scheduled the 2019 Policy Meeting for June 11 at Gbogan, Osun state.

“The clarification became necessary following speculations that the board had already fixed the 2019 UTME cut-off marks,” the Bulletin stated.
